Abstract :
The main purpose of the present survey is to the Identifying and ranking the dimensions of managers' job dedication and its impact on the (educational- Breeding) performance of schools in Mazandaran province.This survey, in terms of purpose, is an applied one which has been conducted with a combined approach (qualitative and quantitative) and exploration plan. The statistical population included 20 people of the chief principals and elites of the Education Department in Mazandaran in qualitative part and 33567 people of the teachers of schools in Mazandaran in quantitative part. For statistical sample, in the qualitative part, 10 people were chosen using purposive sampling and considering saturation principle, and in the quantitative part, 380 people were chosen using stratified random sampling due to their educational grade. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire about professional devoting, Zandi’s educational performance questionnaire (1392), Taheri Breeding performance (1397), were used. The results showed that: the variable of job dedication consists of two dimensions of “organizational and individual”. The organizational dimension includes six components (organizational atmosphere, organizational justice, awarding system, job safety, management support, organizational culture) and the individual dimension includes three components (job commitment, job motivation, and positive feeling towards job). Also, the results of the structural equation test showed that: the effect of the principals’ professional devotion on improving the educational performance of schools in the Educational Department in Mazandaran is positive and significant.
