Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a logical strategy model of paradox management on the agility of sustainable human resources systems in Azad University of Mazandaran. A qualitative statistical population was obtained from among the professors of the universities of Mazandaran province in the number of 10 people in 2019, and information was collected by purposeful sampling and semi-structured interviews, taking into account the law of saturation. The statistical population consisted of heads of departments, faculties, deputy heads of departments, faculty members, and all administrative, educational, research, financial, and student officials in the number of 341 people. The sample size was 181 people using Cochran's formula and selected from the statistical population by stratified random sampling method. Validity of both researcher-made questionnaires of paradox management strategy and sustainable human resources systems agility were confirmed with 0.91 and 0.96. The findings identified four components: acceptance, organization, separation and identity in the logical dimension of paradox management strategies. The findings of the quantitative section showed: the logical strategy of paradox management has an effect on the agility of sustainable human resource systems in the free universities of Mazandaran province.
