Abstract :
Teachers and students according to their position in society are the most important drivers of organization and play a pivotal role in the development of quality higher education.Today the world's most prestigious universities are seeking for educational methods that promote continuous learning, creative self-centered and students. Many theorists believe that learning style should be consistent with the style of teaching to learners to achieve maximum success. During the past decade different approaches to psychology focusing on individual differences, experience and concrete ways with different theories in the domain of learning the principles discussed and based on these studies have suggested ways to learn. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of teaching on students’ learning at Payamnoor University Ray branche. This is a descriptive survay research and in terms of data collection was inductive inference and in terms of design analysis was survey research. The research tool was a questionair with 49 questions measures in the form of Likert scale (very high to very low). The study population consisted of students of PNU at Rey branch. To analyze collected data step by step regression analysis was used. Findings of this study shows that four factors of educational content, assessment, teacher, teaching were put in regression model and respectively 1/49 persent of the variance have impact on learning. And practical suggestions were presented to fix some of the problems of students.
