Abstract :

In the vocabulary section, one of the most important topics raised is related to general and specific topics and one of the cases that is an integral part of the general and specific topic is the relationship between these two words and to explain this relationship, usually the titles of allocation and allocation have a special place because by bringing the provision, it is determined whether the general rule or the specific rule is followed, from here, another point is also important, and that is that the general and specific part of the principles of fiqh can be important not only for the educated but also for the obligees and in the dedicated and allocation section; One of the specialized topics is custom summaries and the meaning of ajmal in the provision is that the provision; It lacks the necessary clarity and clarity and there is some kind of ambiguity in it in such a way that the recognition of the border between the "general" territory and the "special" territory becomes ambiguous, and as a result, doubts arise regarding the ruling on some people and its examples. In order to explain the spread of ajmal al-Mazduz to the general public, the scholars of Fiqh Usul categorize it in six formats, out of these six categories only in one case, i.e. if the ajmal al-mazduz was separate And if it is of the type of period of least and most, it does not spread to it, and in other cases, the summaries also spread to the general, and since both are summaries, the general loses its validity.
