Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to relate the resources of information technology with the acceptance of information technology, considering the role of computer anxiety moderator in the employees of offices and sports boards of Qom province. The current research is one of the applied researches that was carried out in the correlation method and in the field. The statistical population consisted of 250 employees of the administrations and sports boards of Qom province, and based on Morgan's table, the sample number was 148, determined by a simple random method. Zaki's standard questionnaire (2013) was used to measure the variable of computer anxiety. Information technology resources, which include the three dimensions of infrastructure resources, human resources, and information technology communication resources, were measured by the standard questionnaire of Mao et al. (2016). In order to operationalize the acceptance of information technology, the standard questionnaire of Davis (1996) was used. From descriptive statistics to display demographic information in the form of tables and graphs and for inferential analysis of data, from the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (to determine the normality of the data), one-sample t-test (comparison of means), regression, Pearson correlation coefficient (to determine relationships between variables) and cause-effect relationships of variables (from structural equations) were used. The results show that the availability of information technology resources has an effect on the acceptance of information technology. The more the organization is technologically equipped, the more employees have the attitude and desire to use these facilities. attitude and desire to use these facilities.
