Abstract :
The present research was carried out with the aim of designing a media literacy education system for second year high school students in 1402. For this purpose, qualitative and quantitative methods have been used in the form of a mixed qualitative and quantitative exploratory design. The first stage of the research was measured with the help of a questionnaire from 384 samples of students, their level of media literacy, then with the help of all sources Relatedly, taking into account the coding around the topic under discussion, the appropriate headings for teaching this literacy have been defined, and then in this stage, which is a survey method,8 experts were selected in a chain method and interviewed to determine the validity and importance. The selected headings should be measured. The sample size is determined based on the theoretical saturation law. The findings showed that the topics of media literacy education include 8 components of understanding the media message and its components, evaluation of sources and bias, digital citizenship and online privacy, news literacy and fact checking, media literacy and social media, literacy Media and advertising, media and visual media literacy, media production and its culture. In order to calculate the agreement coefficient of the experts, the ratio of the total number of people who chose too many options was divided by the total number of experts. Checking the agreement coefficients regarding all educational topics and teaching methods is higher than 0.6, which indicates the validity of the obtained results.
