The effect of curriculum implementation using the artistic activity of games on students' creativity

Abstract :

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of game art activity on the creativity of female students in the third grade of elementary school in District 2 of Zanjan.was.

Method: In terms of purpose, the current research is an applied research type and in terms of data collection, it is an experimental (semi-experimental) type of research using a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the above research includes all female students of the third grade of primary school District 2 of Zanjan city in the academic year 1401-1400, whose number is 2146 people. Sampling method in the intended research was selected using simple random sampling, and in this way, among all the elementary school girls in the 2nd district of Zanjan city, out of 30 girls' schools of the third grade, 60 people were randomly selected for the sample size of the research. Of these, 30 people were considered the experimental group and 30 people were considered the control group. The tool for collecting information using (image form A) which was taken from Torrance's creative thinking test. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test).

Findings: The findings from the above statistical analysis showed that the average creativity scores of its four factors (fluidity, extension, initiative and flexibility) among the students of the experimental group who were trained using the game. It was significantly more with the control group that the game was not used.

Conclusion: The results of the research showed the effect of the game on the development of students' creativity in the four components of creativity, expansion of creativity, fluidity of creativity, and flexibility of creativity in the third grade of primary school girls in district 2 of Zanjan.
