Identifying the factors of establishment of organizational learning based on knowledge management and presenting a model with thematic analysis approach

Abstract :

In the age of knowledge and information, more than ever, organizations need continuous learning and updating their knowledge in order to be successful in dynamic and competitive environments. In the current business environment; "Knowledge" is considered not only as a basic tool in gaining competitive advantage, but also as an inevitable requirement for the survival and prosperity of organizations.In this regard, knowledge management plays a significant role as one of the key tools for establishing organizational learning. Therefore, the aim of the research is to design the establishment model of organizational learning based on knowledge management. In this research, 15 experts were interviewed.The snowball method was used to collect information, and then, using thematic analysis method, the information extracted from the texts and interviews were categorized and analyzed. Reliability was checked and verified using the method of two coders and open reliability of the test.The results showed that the establishment model of organizational learning based on knowledge management should have features such as leadership and management, organizational structure, organizational culture, performance evaluation, processes and procedures, technological factors. Finally, these results were classified into 12 basic themes, 6 organized themes and one overarching theme .It is hoped that the results of this research can help managers and researchers to better understand and implement the principles of knowledge management and organizational learning and pave the way to achieve learning and innovative organizations. key words :Knowledge management, organizational learning, management, organization.
