Abstract :
The main goal of this research was to identify the bases and requirements of electronic human resources management in Islamic Azad University. This research is applied in terms of orientation, qualitative in terms of research approach and thematic analysis in terms of research strategies. The participants in this research included 18 human resource management specialists and experts in Islamic Azad University (units located in Razavi Khorasan province) who were selected in a purposeful and criteria-based manner. The desired criterion was to have at least 5 years of experience in the departments and assistants related to human resources management. The target population of this research was Azad University units in Razavi Khorasan province. Selection of participants and conducting semi-structured interviews with them continued until reaching the stage of theoretical saturation of data. During this process, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 of the participants. In order to ensure validity and reliability, Lincoln and Goba criteria were used. Data analysis and their classification showed 4 dimensions, 13 main categories and 47 sub-categories. contextual-infrastructural factors including the categories of financial and credit resources; cultural factors; technology and technology; excellence; Process-functional factors including professional-organizational development categories; Organizational supervision, monitoring and evaluation; maintaining, maintaining and compensating services; structural-organizational factors including structural adaptation and fit; Policymaking and policy making; the desirability and optimization of the system; Adequacy of human resources
