Abstract :
Introduction: For production and export of horticultural products, it is necessary to develop a policy package and appropriate planning. Supply Chain Evaluation in order to improve production performance and efficiency is one of the most important programs in the policy package development.
Materials and Methods: In this study, using the supply chain operation reference model (SCOR model), the supply chain performance of olive products in Rudbar city was evaluated. The dimensions of the SCOR model; i.e., efficiency, responsiveness, reliability, coordination and integration, and quality at the level of retailers were surveyed using questionnaire method.
Findings: The results of one-sample Wilcoxon test showed that at two levels of reliability and the degree of coordination and integrity with a significance level of 0.235 and 0.778, respectively, the null hypothesis is accepted. The results of the response level showed that all items in this level are above average and have acceptable condition.
Conclusion: At the Olive supply chain, there is a large gap between the current situation and the desired situation, meaning that there is no strategic view of the olive retailer as a supply chain element. Also, the relationship between chain echelons is too weak.
