Abstract :
The difference in the properties of spatial and temporal behavior patterns, spatial distribution of different crime in urban areas creates and since the offenders in a very deliberate and logical act and places for their criminal acts chooses to commit a crime with a lower risk and speed More possible.The aim of the present study are among the terms applied research and survey methodology. The results indicate that the surface areas of the city of Tabriz, robbery in zones 8 and 1 and 2 is distributed according to field studies, the most important reason that can be pointed out that these areas are more affluent and accommodation middle and upper classes are in Tabriz. Then the relationship between land use areas with robbery were in Region 1 and 2 in Tabriz, the highest percentage of robbery related to residential is the highest percentage of land in these areas have expanded, but at 8 Tabriz sector the central city includes the highest percentage of crime to business users - the service is concerned. According to the surveys, it can be concluded that a balanced distribution of different land uses in the city, on the one hand can increase social control in the deserted town and on the other reduce the excessive density of population in areas of dense city, in this way we can prevent crime.
