Abstract :
Introduction: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between effective teaching and distributed leadership style, professional support, professional commitment and the mediating role of professional learning community among teachers in Kermanshah.
Research methodology: This research was carried out in the form of a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). In the qualitative part, the thematic analysis method was used, and in the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis, model fitting, and path analysis based on structural equations were used. The statistical population in the qualitative section was 15 experts who were selected by purposeful and snowball sampling. The statistical population in the quantitative section includes secondary school teachers of Kermanshah city with a number of 8160 people and a sample size of 367 people. (Spss 27), (Smart Pls 3), and (EXCEL) software were used for data analysis.
Findings: The results of the qualitative part led to the identification of 12 themes in the form of 4 concepts of personal and academic characteristics of teachers, optimal classroom management and educational environment, active and motivating teaching and targeted teaching. In the quantitative part, the results showed that distributed leadership style, professional support and professional commitment have a positive and significant effect on effective teaching. Also, the effect of the mediator variable (professional learning community) on the relationship between professional support and effective teaching has been significant.
Conclusion: According to the results of effective teaching, it is influenced by the variables of distributed leadership style, professional support and professional commitment.
