Abstract :
The current study aimed at studying the relationship between Total Quality Management and empowering and performance evaluation of Youth and Sports Department staff in Fars province. The research was descriptive and the total population included 160 staff from Youth and Sports Department of Fars province. A sample of 113 was selected randomly according to Krejcie and Morgan’s table. Three Questionnaires were used to collect data. Total Management quality, empowerment, and performance evaluation were analyzed through Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and variance analysis. The results of statistical analyses showed that there was a significant relationship between the dimensions of Total Quality Management and empowering. Further, a significant relationship was found between the dimensions of Total Quality Management and performance evaluation
