Abstract :
Although violence against children seems to be an individual phenomenon, but due to its destructive consequences, which creates chaos in the order and health of the society, and is the origin of many deviant behaviors such as suicide, running away from home, delinquent behaviors, etc., this problem should be addressed. considered a very serious social damage. The problem of violence against children and teenagers is one of the most important and common examples of obvious violations of human rights. The importance of paying attention to physical and mental harm to children is evident in the World Health Organization's definition of child abuse. Violence against children and adolescents includes not only physical abuse in different ways, but also psychological abuse of the child and what causes the violation of his rights. The increasing growth of different forms of violence against children and adolescents is an issue that affects different forms of society. affects This is despite the fact that the excellence and progress of the society depends on paying attention to the needs of children and teenagers, therefore considering the importance of the role and position of children and teenagers who are future adults, it is necessary to seriously deal with destructive practices against them. In terms of their special physical and mental characteristics, children need special and special support in different life environments and in facing the events around them. Some of these supports are general and the government, based on its commitments to the nation, is required to try to fulfill the support demands of this vulnerable group with all its capabilities. Therefore, in the current research, we seek to express and study the legal gaps in the prevention of violence against children and adolescents in national laws, relying on its jurisprudence, and on the necessity of respecting children's rights by governments at the domestic and international levels, and the necessity of culturalizing this importance. We emphasize in the educational and cultural system of countries and among families and children.

2. كاظمي، سارا، مقابله با خشونت عليه كودكان در اسناد بين المللي، دانشگاه قم، دانشكده حقوق و علوم سياسي، پاياننامه كارشناسي ارشد، ١٣٩١ . محقق در اين پاياننامه به بررسي شناخت خشونت خانگي، انواع خشونتهاي ارتكابي عليه كودكان در خانواده ميپردازد. پس از آن به بررسي رويكرد اسناد حمايتي حقوق بشر در برابر اين نوع خشونت و ممنوعيت آن را از ديد اسناد بين المللي مورد بررسي قرار ميدهد. و به اين نتيجه ميرسد كه سند خاصي در زمينه حمايت از كودكان قرباني خشونت خانگي نيست، اما ميتوان با بهرهگيري از اسناد مختلف بين الملل حقوق بشري ممنوعيت خشونتهاي خانگي عليه كودكان را اثبات و در پي آن الزام دولتها را به اتخاذ و اعمال اقدامات لازم دريافت.
