Abstract :

Researchers have been pursuing for a long time to understand how supply chain risks affect the financial performance of companies, yet, they cannot claim this in their theoretical and empirical studies The purpose of the present study is to examine the relationship between supply chain risks and the financial performance of the company. Using survey data and financial statements, we investigate how supply chain risks affect the firm financial performance from the perspective of marginal financial performance(MFP). The findings regarding the importance of industry-specific risk, organizational risk, internal business process risk, and demand risk are consistent with previous studies. We found that demand risk has a final marginal financial performance (MFP) of -0.20, which is the highest negative impact among risk variables. The findings also show that industry-specific risk has a final marginal financial performance (MFP) of -0.16. Although there is no direct impact on financial performance, it is a second negative impact. We also do not assume that the reported estimates of marginal financial performance apply to all businesses in other countries. However, future research can expand our findings. This study combines survey and property data to analyze how supply chain risks affect firm's financial performance. In particular, it provides a method to estimate quantitative causal relationships between supply chain risk and firm financial performance, which has received less attention in supply chain management research.

1.Introduction

In modern business environments characterized by increasing competition and globalization, managers use innovative technologies and strategies to achieve competitive advantage and maintain it. Since supply chains include all activities related to the flow and transformation of goods from the raw material stage to the end user, effective management of supply chain risk through coordination and cooperation among supply chain partners is key to ensure profitability and continuity. Moreover, if supply chain risks are not taken into account, we will face serious problems in the field of supply chain management and also financial operations of the company. For example, one of the recent findings is that two factors at the organization level, that is, perceived operational similarity and market leadership, have a significant impact on the risk manager's likelihood of learning about what can cause other companies' operational losses. Another finding is that improving the internal integration of core business processes in a company increases demand visibility and thus reduces demand risk. However, despite the wide range of studies that confirm the importance of these supply chain risks for company performance, relatively limited studies have analyzed the impact of supply chain risk on company financial performance. Although few studies have examined the impact of supply chain risk on financial performance, they largely rely on perceptual measures and they are unable to provide quantitative real financial performance.

2. Literature Review

A supply chain is an integrated process in which raw materials are transformed into finished products and then delivered to customers through distribution, retail, or both (Cohen & Moon, 1990). Supply chain risk is the probability of an event or failure in the process of planning, implementation, monitoring and control of supply chain operations, which leads to financial losses for purchasing companies (Zsidisin & Ellram, 2003). Forecasting financial risk is important for supply chain stability. They evaluated a financial risk prediction model using buyer transaction behavior data (Yi et al., 2023). Another group also found that the alignment of the CEO and the board of directors significantly affect the company's financial performance through risk management (Hamid & Purbawangsa, 2022). Considering the importance of supply chain sustainability and risk management issues in various industries, they identified sustainability issues in the economic, social and environmental areas of supply chain and risk management (Isfahani Zanjani et al., 2019). They discussed the importance of production planning and control activities and supply chain risk management capabilities (Rehman et al., 2022). He has investigated the cost of supply chain risk by presenting and solving the combined model of Fuzzy Dimetal - Genetic Algorithm and has finally ranked the disruptions based on the costs they apply to the supply chain as follows: Disorders related to 1. natural disasters, 2. Supply, 3. transportation, and 4. demand (Salehi, 2019). They examined the information of 120 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2010 to 2019 and found that the risk management factor is effective for the pricing of capital assets and that the adjusted six-factor model with risk management has a better performance than three and five factor models adjusted with risk management (Ahmadi et al., 2022). They proposed an analytical hierarchy process model to identify supply chain risk factors. According to a case study of a central company, they concluded that the participation of managers of different fields is essential in conducting a complete risk analysis (Gaudenzi & Borgesi, 2006). Supply chain risk management through coordination and cooperation between supply chain partners is a key to ensure profitability and continuity (Brindley, 2004; Tang, 2006). One of the findings is that improving the internal integration of the main business processes in a company increases the visibility of the demand and thus reduces the risk of the demand (Kache & Seuring, 2014). They investigated the impact of credit risks, illiquidity and market on the financial efficiency of 102 companies of Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2013 to 2014 (Seyfi & Erza, 2019). They combined the transaction cost theory and the resource-based perspective to create a framework of risk events and then used the hierarchical analysis method to rank the relative importance of risk events. Using a sample of 116 retail chains, they conclude that outsourcing risk perception has a positive relationship with the scope of outsourced logistics functions (Tsai et al., 2008). They use the combined method of factor analysis and logistic regression analysis to determine the reasons for labor turnover to help managers deal with labor-related supply chain risks. Using a sample of 634 manufacturing workers from various industries (e.g., electrical and electronic industries, plastics and rubber, machinery, etc.) they show that poor human resource management practices, poor production management activities, and performance and behaviors Buyer unfairness is a significant predictor of labor turnover for migrant workers (Jiang et al., 2009). Based on the study conducted using the structural equation modeling technique on 223 purchasing managers, they found that both the probability and the size of supply disruption are important for buyers' overall understanding of the risk of supply disruption (Ellis et al., 2010). used the systems thinking approach to create a framework for supply chain risk management and examined it using an industrial case study. They claim that their framework is able to assess risk and predict failure points as well as the overall impact of risk on the supply chain network (Ghadge et al., 2013). Using content analysis to conduct a systematic review of 103 articles published in ten prestigious journals related to logistics, supply chain management and operations management, they examined the relationship between collaboration, integration, risk and performance in the supply chain and concluded that collaboration and integration, as well as risk and performance management, are very important for supply chain management (Kache & Seuring, 2014). Small and medium companies have been used to investigate the relationship between supply risk and supply management. Based on a sample of 239 supply chain managers, they concluded that supply risk management has a positive direct effect and a positive indirect effect on supply chain management performance. Although many studies use different criteria to describe supply chain risk management performance and input characteristics that affect performance, relatively few of them have investigated the impact of supply chain risk on company performance (Pradhan & Routroy, 2016). These criteria cannot show the real financial performance quantitatively. This is important as the main feature of supply chain risk and according to its definition, and it requires evaluating the impact of an event or failure in supply chain operations on financial performance (Zsidisin, 2003). As a result, it is necessary to conduct a research to investigate and evaluate how the supply chain risk affects the final financial performance. Few studies have focused on the impact of supply chain risk on financial performance (Lanier et al., 2010; Pfohl & Gomm, 2009; Shi & Yu, 2013; Timme & Wanberg, 2011; and Wuttk et al., 2013). The following work points out that the coordination of physical and financial flows in supply chain networks is important for the overall performance of the supply chain. Using a case study of six manufacturing companies, they propose a supply chain finance adoption framework so that managers can better keep pace with these flows and thus improve working capital and reduce costs (Wuttk et al., 2013). Using the expert systems method, she investigated the existing risks and their impact in the conditions of uncertainty regarding the decision factors by two methods of fuzzy assumption testing and designing a decision support software system (Yousefi, 2014). Using content analysis to conduct a systematic review of the literature for 49 research articles published between 1990 and 2011, they concluded that effective supply chain management through improving revenue growth, reducing operating costs and working capital efficiency, increase accounting-based financial performance measures. and increases the market (Shi & Yu, 2013). Examining the impact of supply chain risks on the financial performance of a company is necessary and very useful because it prevents serious problems for supply chain management, however, this issue has not been addressed from the perspective of final financial performance. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to evaluate the effect of supply chain risks on the financial performance of listed companies from the perspective of final financial performance using a combined method of surveys and financial reports. In the current research, the aim is to find an answer for this main problem, that is, which of the supply chain risks have the greatest negative impact on the final financial performance of the investigated listed companies. Clarifying this issue helps supply chain management and supply chain risk management and has important effects on the financial performance of companies.

3. Methodology

This survey instrument is based on a careful review of the literature in the fields of supply chain management and organization theory, as well as consultation with several experienced researchers. Before collecting the data, a group of supply chain experts from different industries reviewed this questionnaire in terms of structure, readability, clarity and completeness. The final version of the survey questionnaire consists of two parts. The first part consists of open-ended questions that collect detailed information about companies such as annual revenue, capital, and industry sector. The second part of the survey consists of multiple-choice questions in which respondents indicate on a seven-point Likert scale how many specific risk variables are present in the supply chain per year (if otherwise specified, all measures use a scale in which negative three means completely opposed, zero means neutral and three means completely agree. High and low scores indicate high and low risk, respectively). The data collection was done in two stages. In the first step, we contacted the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. The reason for this is that they are generally very large companies and mostly represent their industries and publish annual and interim financial reports (six-monthly and quarterly) and provide the possibility of calculating the performance ratio. The target respondents were CEOs, presidents, general managers and industry managers, except for those in the financial services sector. The sample companies included 31 groups of industries: cement, lime and plaster, food, rubber and plastic, textile, electronic machinery, hardware and equipment, wood products, iron and steel, printing and publishing, equipment, telecommunications, ceramic tiles, chemicals, coal mining, household appliances, metal products, auto parts, petroleum products, automobiles, insurance, dairy products, textiles, leasing, ports and shipping, optical electronics, hotels and restaurants. Banks and credit institutions, information and communication, pharmaceutical products, sugarcane, paper products and air transportation. These 31 sectors include 123 companies during the period of 2010-2019. They indicated the level of existence of a specific risk variable in their supply chains that year, on a seven-point Likert scale. Out of 123 responses received (17 incomplete responses), 106 were usable, resulting in a response rate of 7.56%. The characteristics of the respondents are shown in Table 1. In the second stage, we collected the balance sheets and annual income statements of 1399 related to 106 companies from the database of Tehran Stock Exchange, that is, Codal to find the financial ratios used to evaluate the company's financial performance in 2019.

4. Result

Examining H2b and H4 show that organizational risk and supply risk do not have much effect on demand risk and financial performance of the company. These results are somewhat unexpected because the general understanding of the reviewed articles and materials shows that the organizational risk affects the demand risk and that the financial performance of the company is significantly dependent on the supply risk. A possible explanation for the significant effect of organizational risk on demand risk is that the scale of items ultimately retained to create organizational risk is more on supply-side, such as competition for scarce resources and timely payment of supplies (see Table 2). Another explanation is that while organizational risk is potentially important for the demand of the company's products, Iranian industrial companies are able to separate product demand from this risk through effective management of buyer-supplier relationships. One of the possible explanations for the insignificant effect of supply risk on financial performance is that there is a perception gap between how respondents understand the impact of supply chain risk variables on financial performance versus how supply chain risk variables affect financial performance. Another explanation may be that although supply risk is an important factor for the demand of company products, companies in Iranian industries may be able to separate financial performance from this type of risk through dynamic management of supply-side relationships. Having said that, in order to clarify these unexpected results regarding the effect of organizational risk on demand risk and also the effect of supply risk on financial performance, it is necessary to conduct more research. The current study presents a financial model of corporate supply chain risk using a combined method of surveys and financial reports, based on the perspective of final financial performance. We define final financial performance as a change in the percentage of a determinant factor in supply chain risks, which quantitatively leads to changes in financial performance. In the present research, the significant levels of type one statistical errors and the sample size remain constant throughout the process of building the model. Therefore, although we removed some item scales from each dimension, this does not affect type II errors. The analysis of the supply chain risk financial model reveals that demand risk has the largest negative impact (MFP = -0.20) on the company's financial performance, and industry-specific risk has the second largest negative impact (MFP = -0.16) on performance. Finance is involved although it itself has no direct influence.

5. Discussion

The findings of the present research regarding the importance of industry-specific risk, internal business process risk and demand risk on the company's financial performance are consistent with previous studies (e.g., Cao & Zhang, 2011; Kache & Seuring, 2014; Miller, 1991; Rao & Goldsby, 2009; Selviaridis & Norman, 2014; Simangunsong et al., 2012). The present study quantitatively generalizes the scope of knowledge about how supply chain risk affects the company's financial performance. In particular, previous studies (e.g., Bavarsad et al., 2014; Cao & Zhang, 2011; Tracey et al., 2005 & Zhao et al., 2013) focus on describing supply chain risk management performance and input characteristics that affect company performance. Few of them examine how supply chain risk affects the company's financial performance from the perspective of final financial performance using the combined method of surveys and financial reports. As shown in Table 5, for example, a one percent increase in industry-specific risk leads to a 22.0 and 78.0 percent increase in supply risk and demand risk, and causes a 16.0 percent decrease in the financial performance of companies. The results regarding the significant effects of industry-specific risk on supply and demand risk are consistent with previous research (e.g., Fynes et al., 2005; Jiang et al., 2009; Schoenherr et al., 2008; Selviaridis & Norman, 2014; Simangunsong et al., 2012). In the same way, 0.45 and 0.15 percent increase in supply risk and demand risk causes a 0.04 percent decrease in the company's financial performance. The results related to the importance of internal business process risk on supply and demand risk are consistent with previous research (e.g. Kache & Seuring, 2014; Rao & Goldsby, 2009; Stratton & Warburton, 2003). In addition, a one percent increase in demand risk causes a 0.20 percent decrease in the financial performance of companies, and this shows that demand risk has a final financial performance of -0.20 and has the highest negative effect among other variables. The specific risk of the industry has a final financial performance of -0.16, which has the second negative effect although it has no direct effect on the financial performance of companies. These findings show that the indirect risk of the supply chain may create multiple mutual effects that are more significant than the direct risk.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

شناسایی و بررسی اثر ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی شرکت­های بورسی

چکیده

محققان از مدت­ها پیش پیگیر این بودند که بفهمند چگونه ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین5 بر عملکرد مالی شرکت تأثیر می­­گذارد. اما نمی­توانند در بررسی­های نظری و تجربی خود ادعا کنند که چگونه ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی شرکت  تأثیر  می­گذارد. هدف مقاله ما بررسی ارتباط بین ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین و عملکرد مالی شرکت است. ما با استفاده از داده­های نظرسنجی و صورت­های مالی، چگونگی اثرگذاری ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی شرکت را از منظر عملکرد مالی نهایی6 بررسی می­کنیم. یافته­های به­دست آمده در مورد اهمیت ریسک خاص صنعت، ریسک سازمانی، ریسک فرآیند کسب­و­کار داخلی و ریسک تقاضا، با مطالعات پیشین سازگار است. ما دریافتیم که ریسک تقاضا دارای عملکرد مالی نهایی (MFP) -0.20 است. که بالاترین  تأثیر  منفی در بین متغیرهای ریسک می­باشد. یافته­ها هم­چنین نشان می­دهند که ریسک خاص صنعت، دارای عملکرد مالی نهایی (MFP) -0.16 می­باشد که با وجود عدم  تأثیر مستقیم بر عملکرد مالی، دومین  تأثیر  منفی است. همچنین ما فرض نمی­کنیم که برآوردهای گزارش­شده در مورد عملکرد مالی نهایی برای همه کسب و­ کارها در کشورهای دیگر اعمال شود. با این­حال، تحقیقات آینده می­تواند یافته­های ما را گسترش دهد. این مطالعه، نظرسنجی و داده­های مالی را با هم ترکیب می­­کند تا چگونگی اثرگذاری ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی شرکت را تحلیل کند. به­خصوص، روشی را برای برآورد روابط علت و معلولی کمی بین ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین و عملکرد مالی شرکت فراهم می­کند، که به این عنوان مهم در تحقیقات در زمینه مدیریت زنجیرۀتأمین توجه کمتری شده است.

مقدمه

در محیط­های تجاری مدرن که با رقابت فزاینده و جهانی­سازی توصیف می‌شوند، مدیران برای دست­یابی به مزیت رقابتی و حفظ آن از فناوری­ها و استراتژی­های نوآورانه‌ای استفاده می‌کنند (چان و چی7، 2003). از آن­جایی­که زنجیره‌های تأمین 8شامل همه فعالیت­های مرتبط با جریان و تبدیل کالاها از مرحله مادۀ اولیه تا کاربر نهایی است (هندفیلد و نیکولز9، 1999) مدیریت مؤثر ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین10 از طریق هماهنگی و همکاری بین شرکای زنجیرۀتأمین برای تضمین سودآوری و تداوم، یک امر کلیدی است (بریندلی، 2004 و تانگ، 2006) و هم­چنین در صورتی­که به ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین توجه نشود با مشکلات جدی در زمینه مدیریت زنجیرۀتأمین و هم­چنین عملیات مالی شرکت مواجه می­شویم؛ به­عنوان مثال، یکی از یافته‌های اخیر این است که دو عامل در سطح سازمان یعنی شباهت عملیاتی ادراک­شده و رهبری بازار، بر احتمال یادگیری مدیر ریسک در مورد آن­چه می‌تواند موجب زیان­های عملیاتی سایر شرکت­ها شود  تأثیر  قابل توجهی دارند (هورا و کلاسن11، 2013). یافته دیگر این است که بهبود ادغام داخلی فرآیندهای اصلی کسب­و­کار در یک شرکت، دید تقاضا را افزایش می‌دهد و در نتیجه ریسک تقاضا را کاهش می‌دهد (کاچه و سیورینگ، 2014). با این­حال، علی­رغم طیف گسترده مطالعاتی که اهمیت این ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین را برای عملکرد شرکت تأیید می‌کنند (برای مثال، باوارساد و همکاران، 2014؛ کائو و ژانگ، 2011؛ غاده و همکاران 2013؛ ریچی12 و بریندلی، 2007؛ تریسی و همکاران، 2005؛ روتارو13 و همکاران، 2014؛ ژائو و همکاران 2013)، مطالعات نسبتاً محدودی  تأثیر  ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی شرکت را تحلیل کرده‌اند. اگرچه تعداد کمی از مطالعات،  تأثیر  ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین را بر عملکرد مالی بررسی کرده‌اند، اما آن­ها تا حد زیادی به معیارهای ادراکی اتکا دارند (برای مثال، باوارساد و همکاران، 2014؛ کائو و ژانگ، 2011؛ ژائو و همکاران، 2013) و قادر به ارائه کمّی عملکرد مالی واقعی نیستند.

 

 

ابزار و روش­

شرکت­کنندگان و روندها

این ابزار پیمایش، مبتنی بر بررسی دقیق مقالات در زمینه­های مدیریت زنجیرۀتأمین و نظریۀ سازمان و همچنین مشورت با چندین تن از محققان باتجربه است. قبل از جمع­آوری داده­ها، گروهی از متخصصان زنجیرۀتأمین از صنایع مختلف، این پرسش­نامه را ازنظر ساختار، خوانایی، وضوح و کامل بودن مورد بررسی قرار دادند. نسخه نهایی پرسش­نامه نظرسنجی شامل دو بخش است. بخش اول متشکل از سؤالات باز پاسخ است که اطلاعات دقیقی را درباره شرکت­ها مثل در­آمد سالیانه، سرمایه و بخش صنعتی جمع­آوری می­کند. 

دومین بخش از نظرسنجی متشکل از سؤالات چندگزینه­ای است که در آن پاسخ­دهندگان در مقیاس هفت نقطه­ای لیکرت مشخص می­کنند که میزان متغیرهای خاص ریسک در زنجیرۀتأمین در سال تا چقدر است (اگر چیزی غیرازاین مشخص شود، همه معیارها از مقیاسی استفاده می­کنند که در آن منفی سه، به معنای کاملا مخالف، صفر، به معنای بی­طرف و سه، به معنای کاملا موافق است. نمرات بالا و پایین به­ترتیب ریسک بالا و پایین را نشان می­دهند).

جمع­آوری داده­ها در دو مرحله انجام شد: در اولین مرحله، ما با شرکت­های پذیرفته­شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران تماس گرفتیم؛ دلیل این امر این است که آن­ها عموما شرکت­های بسیار بزرگی هستند و بیشتر، نمایش­گر صنایع خود هستند و گزارش‌های مالی سالیانه و موقت (شش­ماهه و سه­ماهه) را منتشر می­کنند و امکان محاسبۀ نسبت عملکرد مالی را فراهم می­آورند. پاسخ­دهندگان هدف عبارتند­ از: مدیرعامل­ها، رؤسا، مدیران کل و مدیران صنایع، به استثنای افرادی که در بخش خدمات مالی هستند. شرکت­های نمونه شامل 31 گروه صنایع هستند: صنایع سیمان، آهک و گچ، مواد غذایی، لاستیک و پلاستیک، نساجی، ماشین­آلات الکترونیکی، سخت­افزار و تجهیزات، محصولات چوبی، آهن و فولاد، چاپ و نشر، تجهیزات مخابراتی، کاشی و سرامیک، مواد شیمیایی، استخراج زغال­سنگ، لوازم خانگی، محصولات فلزی، قطعات خودرو، فرآورده­های نفتی، خودرو، بیمه، محصولات لبنی، منسوجات، لیزینگ، بنادر و کشتیرانی، الکترونیک نوری، هتل و رستوران، بانک­ها و موسسات اعتباری، اطلاعات و ارتباطات،  محصولات دارویی، قندوشکر، محصولات کاغذی و حمل و نقل هوایی.

این 31 بخش شامل 123 شرکت در طی بازه زمانی 1390 تا 1399 است. آن­ها سطح وجود یک‌یک متغیر ریسک خاص را در زنجیره­های تأمین خود در آن سال، در یک مقیاس هفت نقطه لیکرت نشان دادند. ازبین 123 پاسخ دریافت شده (17 پاسخ ناقص)، 106 مورد قابل استفاده بودند که نرخ پاسخ 7،56 درصد را حاصل کردند. ویژگی­های پاسخ­دهندگان در جدول 1 نشان داده شده است.

در مرحله دوم، ترازنامه­ها و صورت­های درآمد سالیانه سال 1399 مربوط به 106 شرکت را از پایگاه داده­های بورس اوراق بهادار تهران یعنی کدال جمع­آوری می­کنیم تا نسبت­های مالی مورد استفاده برای ارزیابی عملکرد مالی شرکت در سال 1399 را محاسبه کنیم.

 

معیارها و تجزیه­ و تحلیل 

ما برای ارزیابی عملکرد مالی شرکت، حاشیه سود14 ، بازده دارایی­ها15 و بازده سهام16 را انتخاب می­کنیم. این منطق­ها ساده‌اند: حاشیۀ سود نشان­دهندۀ عملکرد عملیاتی کلی شرکت است (سالانچیک و پف­فر17، 1980). بازده دارایی­ها نشان می­دهد که چگونه مدیریت یک شرکت می­تواند به ­طور مؤثری از منابع شرکت کسب درآمد کند (ماهاجان و سینگ18،2013) و بازده سهام ارزیابی می­کند که چگونه شرکت­ها می­توانند از سرمایه سهام­داران به­طور مؤثری درآمدزایی کنند (لائو19 و همکاران، 2005) ما حاشیه سود، بازده دارایی­ها و بازده سهام را با استفاده از فرمول­های زیر محاسبه می­کنیم:

1) حاشیه سود = درآمد خالص/ فروش (درآمد خالص تقسیم بر فروش) 

2) بازده دارایی­ها = درآمد خالص/ مجموع دارایی­ها

3) بازده سهام = درآمد خالص/ حقوق صاحبان سهام 

 

ما حاشیه سود، بازده دارایی­ها و بازده سهام را با استفاده از داده­های بورس اوراق بهادار تهران یعنی سایت کدال محاسبه می­کنیم؛ حاشیه­سود، بازده دارایی­ها و بازده سهام مربوط به 106 شرکت پذیرفته­شده در بورس، به­ترتیب بین 69.89– تا21.37 درصد،93.25- تا 41.29 درصد، و 57.55- تا 75.40 درصد می­باشد. مقادیر چارک پایینی، میانی و فوقانی مربوط به حاشیه سود شرکت­ها عبارتند از 80.0-، 35.3 و 41.9 و مقادیر مربوط به بازده سهام شرکت­ها عبارتند از: 78.0-، 20.2 و 40.6درصد. مقادیر میانگین مربوط به حاشیه سود، بازده دارایی­ها و بازده سهام شرکت­ها عبارتند از: 25.2، 80.2 و 18.4 درصد که انحراف از معیار آن­ها 23.16، 47.7 و 66.12 می­باشد.

متغیرهای ریسک­های صنعت، ریسک سازمانی، ریسک فرآیند کسب­وکار داخلی، ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا بر مبنای یک بررسی سیستماتیک از مقالات و مطالب متمرکز بر یک سؤال تحقیق هستند و سعی در شناسایی، ارزیابی، انتخاب و ترکیب همه شواهد مربوط به آن سؤال دارند (آدامز20 و همکاران، 2006). آن­چه در فرایند بررسی مهم است، استفاده از معیارهای واضح، قابل تکرار و ارزیابی کیفیت تحقیق و توان یافته­ها است (ترانفیلد21 و همکاران، 2003). ما به­طور گسترده­ای متدولوژی توضیح داده شده توسط کولیچیا و استروتزی22، (2012) را می­پذیریم. 

ریسک خاص صنعت براساس مطالعات نماینده، از جمله مطالعات چن و پالراج23 (2004) و میلر (1991) در یک مقیاس هفت نقطه­ای ارزیابی می­شود.

آیتم­های نمونه عبارتند از ISR124: این صنعت با عدم اطمینان زیادی از جانب بازارهای ورودی مواجه است، ISR2: این صنعت با عدم اطمینان زیادی از جانب بازارهای تولید مواجه است، ISR3: این صنعت به دلیل تغییرات مکرر در سیاست­های دولت با عدم اطمینان زیادی مواجه است، و ISR4: این صنعت با یک فناوری به­سرعت در حال تغییر شناخته می­شود.

 ریسک سازمانی در یک مقیاس هفت نقطه­ای و براساس نمونه­ای از مطالعات از جمله مطالعات فینچ25 (2004)، میلر (1991)، رائو و گلدزبی (2009) ارزیابی می­شود. آیتم­های نمونه عبارتند از: OR126: ما به­دلیل رقابت منابع کمیاب، با عدم اطمینان بالایی در رابطه با منابع ورودی خاص شرکت مواجه هستیم، OR2: ما به­طور مداوم با کمبود نیروی کار ماهر روبرو هستیم و حفظ نیروی کار ماهر برای ما دشوار است، OR3: حساب­های دریافتنی ما به­خوبی مدیریت می­شوند و ما نیز هزینه تأمین­کنندگان را بدون تأخیر پرداخت می­کنیم، و OR4: ما مشوق­های مناسبی را برای حمایت از فعالیت و عملکرد مفید نه فقط برای رفاه شخصی سازمان و یا زیربهینه­سازی در سراسر توابع کسب­وکار، برای مشارکت مطلوب در شرکت ارائه می­دهیم.

ریسک فرآیند کسب­وکار داخلی در یک مقیاس ده آیتمی و براساس نمونه­ای از مطالعات، از جمله مطالعات فینچ (2004)، و رائو و گلدزبی (2009) ارزیابی می­شود. آیتم­های نمونه عبارتند از: IBPR127: ما در مقایسه با رقبای خود متوسط هزینۀ نسبتا بالایی برای هر معامله داریم، IBPR2: ما به­طور مداوم زمان چرخه تولید محصولات خود را بهبود می­بخشیم، IBPR3: فرایند تولید شرکت ما در مقایسه با رقبای ما کیفیت نسبتا پایینی دارد، و IBPR4: زمان عرضه محصولات یا خدمات جدید ما نسبت به رقبای نسبتا طولانی است.

ریسک عرضه در یک مقیاس نه آیتمی و براساس نمونه­ای از مطالعات از جمله مطالعات کرالیچ28 (1983)، و لی و بیلینگتون29، (1993) ارزیابی می­شود. آیتم­های نمونه عبارتند از SR130: تأمین­کنندگان قادر به مدیریت تغییرات در حجم تقاضای ما نیستند، SR2: تأمین­کنندگان قادر به همکاری کامل با ما نیستند تا ما به اهدافمان برسیم، و SR3: تأمین­کنندگان نمی­توانند الزامات کیفی ما را به­طور مداوم رعایت کنند، و SR4: تأمین­کنندگان نمی­توانند قیمت­های رقابتی را به­طور مداوم برای کالاها و خدمات مشابه ارائه نمایند.

ریسک تقاضا در یک مقیاس هفت آیتمی و براساس نمونه­ای از مطالعات از جمله مطالعات شونهر31 و همکاران (2008) و زسیدیسین (2003) ارزیابی می­شود. آیتم­های نمونه عبارتند از: DR132: برنامه اصلی تولید ما دارای درصد بالایی از تغییر در تقاضا است، DR2: بازار ما ظرفیت بالایی برای تأمین­کننده دارد، DR3: بازار ما به­طور مداوم ایده­های جدید و فناوری­های نوظهوری را برای تولید محصولات جدید تجربه می­کند، و DR4: پیش­بینی حجم و یا ساختار تقاضا، کار دشواری است.

متدولوژی تست فرضیه­ها و از این­رو تعیین کمیت  تأثیر  ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی شرکت، سه­گانه است؛ اولا: این مطالعه تجزیه و تحلیل جداگانه­ای را از هر بعد ریسک توسط مدل برای ارزیابی توانایی مجموعه آیتم­ها نسبت به ابعاد مرتبط با آن انجام می­دهد؛ آیتم­هایی که دارای بار عاملی کمتر از 50.0 هستند عمدتا باید حذف شوند. سپس، حذف مقیاس­های آیتم­های یک بعد را برای اصلاح ابزار اندازه­گیری اولیه از طریق برازش­های مکرر مدل بر اساس بررسی بارهای استاندارد، تفسیرپذیری و اعتبار محتوا همراه با روند استاندارد حداقل، ریشه میانگین مربعات باقیمانده33 در تخمین ارزیابی می­کنیم (والاس34 و همکاران، 2004). این فرایند حذف متغیرها (یعنی مقیاس آیتم­ها) با خطاهای بیش از حد که واریانس معتبر کوچکی را در مدل اندازه­گیری ارائه       می­دهد، موجب کاهش اختلال اندازه­گیری می­شود (کاپلان35، 1990 و ساکلوفسکه و زیدنر36، 1995).

ثانیا: این مطالعه یک مدل اندازه­گیری کلی را از ابزار اندازه­گیری اصلاح شده براساس تحلیل عامل تأییدی37 طراحی می­کند (هرینگتون38، 2008). ثالثا: این مطالعه از مدل معادلات ساختاری برای بررسی فرضیات استفاده می­کند و بدین ترتیب  تأثیر  هر ساختار ریسک بر عملکرد مالی شرکت را مشخص می­کند (لی39، 2007 و کلاین40، 2010).

 

فرضیات تحقیق

حال سؤال این است که چگونه می­توان  تأثیر  تغییر در ساختار یک ریسک در زنجیره­های تأمین را در عملکرد مالی نهایی برآورد کرد؛ برای پاسخ به این سؤال، یک مدل مالی ادراکی از ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین شرکتی (شکل 1 را ببینید) را که متشکل از شش بعد است پیشنهاد می­دهیم. مدل پیشنهادی مبتنی بر بررسی گسترده­ای از ادبیات میان­رشته­ای و مشاوره با چندین تن از محققان و متخصصان مجرب است. نکته اصلی مدل ما این است که عدم قطعیت­های خاص صنعت و ریسک­های سطح شرکت، ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین را تحت  تأثیر  قرار می­دهند و  تأثیر  مستقیمی بر عملکرد مالی شرکت­ها دارند. عدم قطعیت­های خاص صنعت، آن­هایی هستند که ممکن است به­طور کل بر تمام بخش­های اقتصاد  تأثیر  نگذارند، بلکه بیشتر بخش­های خاص صنعت را تحت  تأثیر  قرار می­دهند (رائو و گلدزبی، 2009 و ریچی و مارشال41، 1993). نمونه­های بارز عدم قطعیت­های خاص صنعت عبارتند از: عدم قطعیت بازار ورودی، عدم قطعیت بازار تولید و عدم قطعیت­های رقابتی که  تأثیر ات خاصی بر ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین دارند (میلر، 1991).

بنابراین، فرض می­کنیم که:

یافته­ها 

این بخش، آزمون­های آماری و توسعه مدل را ارائه می­دهد؛ در بخش تحلیل مدل­های جداگانه، مدل­ها را به­طور جداگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار می­دهیم. سپس در بخش تحلیل مدل اندازه­گیری کلی، تحلیل مدل ارزیابی مالی زنجیرۀتأمین شرکت­ها را توضیح می­دهیم و در نهایت در بخش بررسی مدل مالی ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین شرکت، نتایج آزمون مدل مالی ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین شرکت­ها را گزارش می­کنیم که شامل نحوۀ  تأثیر  ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین بر ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا و هم­چنین نحوۀ  تأثیر  ریسک­های عرضه و تقاضا برعملکرد مالی شرکت است.

 

تحلیل مدل­های جداگانه

اولین هدف تحلیل مدل­های جداگانه، ایجاد یک مدل اندازه­گیری صرفه­جو برای ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین است. هدف دوم، ایجاد شرایط مناسب در مورد اندازه نمونه، برای یک راه­حل عاملی پایدار و معتبر است. جدول 2 فهرست مقیاس­های آیتمی را که در نهایت برای هر یک از ابعاد عملکرد حفظ می­شود نشان می­دهد. معیارهای مناسب برای مدل­های جداگانه براساس مقیاس­های اصلاح شده، از برازش مکرر مدل حاصل شدند و استفاده از روش ریشه میانگین مربعات باقی­مانده، برازش خوبی را با داده­های مشاهده شده نشان داد. ریشه میانگین مربعات باقی­مانده مدل­های جداگانه یا برابر با 03.0 هستند و یا کوچکتر از آن هستند که اولین نشان­دهنده برازش خوب مدل می­باشد (هرینگتون ، 2008).

قابلیت اطمینان مرکب مربوطه42، میانگین واریانس استخراج شده43، و بارهای عاملی استاندارد به ترتیب از 75.0 تا 80.0 ، 52.0 تا 83.0 ، و 57.0 تا 03.1 می باشد که از مقادیر آستانۀ مربوطۀ توصیه شده 60.0 ، 50.0 و 50.0 بیشتر است (فورنل و لارکر44، 1981 و کلاین، 2010)؛ بنابراین نتیجه می­گیریم که این مقیاس­های آیتمی یک اندازه­گیری مناسب و قابل اطمینان را برای شش بعد از مدل اندازه­گیری ارائه می­دهند.

 

تحلیل مدل اندازه­گیری کلی 

هدف از تحلیل مدل اندازه­گیری کلی، ایجاد یک مدل ارزیابی مالی ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین شرکتی معتبر برای آزمایش مدل فرضی است (شکل 1). مدل ارزیابی مالی  ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین شرکتی که یک مدل متجانس است، شامل سازه­های عملکرد مالی شرکت، ریسک خاص صنعت، ریسک سازمانی، ریسک فرآیند کسب­ وکار داخلی، ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا می­باشد که با سایر سازه­ها مرتبط هستند. ما برای ارزیابی اعتبار همگرا از بارهای عاملی استاندارد، قابلیت اطمینان مرکب مربوطه و میانگین برای ارزیابی همگرایی نسبی بین مقادیر آیتم­ها استفاده می­کنیم. وجود بارهای زیاد بر روی یک عامل نشان می­دهد که آن­ها در یک نقطه مشترک همگرا هستند و از اعتبار همگرایی بالایی برخوردارند (هرینگتون، 2008). همه بارهای عاملی استاندارد بین 58.0 تا 03.1 هستند و در سطح 01.0  P<معنی­دار می­باشند و این امر نشان­دهنده وجود اعتبار همگرا است.

مربع یک بار عاملی استاندارد بررسی می­کند که یک سازه پنهان تا چه حدی تغییر در اندازه آیتم را که همان واریانس استخراج شده از اندازه­گیری است- توضیح می­دهد؛ از این­رو، یک میانگین واریانس استخراج­شده با 5.0 یا بالاتر، همگرایی مناسبی را نشان می­دهد. این امر نشان می­دهد که به­طور متوسط، خطای کمتری در اندازه­گیری­ها نسبت به واریانس توضیح داده شده توسط سازه پنهان باقی­مانده است (کلاین، 2010). همان­طور که در پایین جدول 3 نشان داده شده، مقادیر میانگین مربوط به عملکرد مالی شرکت، ریسک سازمانی، ریسک فرآیند کسب­وکار داخلی، ریسک عرضه، ریسک تقاضا، و ریسک خاص صنعت به ترتیب عبارتند از: 82.0، 61.0، 50.0، 50.0، 80.0 و 55.0 که  همگرایی مناسبی را برای همه سازه­ها نشان می­دهند.

علاوه بر این، قابلیت اطمینان مرکب مربوطه که از مجموع مربعات بارهای عاملی برای یک سازه تقسیم بر مجموع مربعات بارهای عاملی و مجموع شرایط خطای واریانس برای یک سازه محاسبه می­شود، نشان می­دهد که آیا این معیارها به­طور مداوم همان سازه نهفته را نشان می­دهند یا خیر. یک قابلیت اطمینان مربوطه با مقدار 6.0 یا بالاتر اعتبار همگرایی را نشان می­دهد (کلاین، 2010 و لی، 2007).

انتهای جدول 3 نشان می­دهد که مقادیر قابلیت اطمینان مربوط به عملکرد مالی شرکت، ریسک سازمانی، ریسک فرآیند کسب­و­کار داخلی، ریسک عرضه، ریسک تقاضا و ریسک خاص صنعت عبارتند از: 75.0، 80.0، 79.0، 75.0 و 80.0 که حاکی از همگرایی مناسبی برای همه سازه­ها هستند.

ما برای آزمون اعتبار متمایز، یعنی میزان تمایز یک سازه با سازه­های دیگر، مقادیر میانگین واریانس استخراج شده را برای هر یک از دو سازه با مربع برآورد همبستگی بین سازه­ها مقایسه می­کنیم که آزمایش دقیق­تری است (فورنل و لارکر، 1981).

همان­طور که در جدول 3 مشاهده می­شود، مقدار میانگین واریانس استخراج شده عملکرد مالی شرکت 82.0 است که بیشتر از مربع برآورد همبستگی بین عملکرد مالی شرکت و هر یک از سازه­های دیگر است. مقدار میانگین واریانس استخراج شده ریسک سازمانی 61.0 است که بیشتر از مربع برآورد همبستگی بین ریسک سازمانی و هر یک از سازه­های دیگر است. به­همین ترتیب، مقادیر میانگین واریانس استخراج­شده ریسک فرآیند کسب­وکار داخلی، ریسک عرضه، ریسک تقاضا و ریسک خاص صنعت همگی بیشتر از مربع برآوردهای همبستگی مربوطه هستند. این مقایسه نشان می­دهد که هر نوع سازه پنهان در مدل اندازه­گیری، واریانس بیشتری را در اندازه­گیری آیتم­ها نسبت به سایر سازه­های پنهان توضیح می­دهند و شواهد مستدلی از روایی افتراقی را برای مدل اندازه گیری ارائه می­دهند.

نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل مدل اندازه­گیری، برازش مناسبی را با داده­ها نشان می­دهد. در این مدل ( χ2/df = 1.585) که از مقدار آستانه 000. 2 پیشنهادی توسط کلاین (2010) کوچک­تر است. CFI = 0.928 و TLI = 0.910 هر دو بالاتر از مقدار آستانه 900.0 پیشنهادی توسط فورنل و لارکر (1981) بالاترند و RMSR = 0.076 کوچک­تر از مقدار آستانه 080.0 می­باشد (کلاین، 2010 و لی، 2007).

بررسی مدل دارایی ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین شرکت

در این بخش توضیح داده می­شود که این مطالعه چگونه مدل فرضی را بررسی می­کند و نتایج آن­ را نشان می­دهد؛ ما مدل فرضی (شکل 1) را با استفاده از شرکت­های کوچک­و­متوسط بررسی می­کنیم (کلاین، 2010 و لی، 2007). شاخص­های برازش مدل نشان می­دهد که این مدل به­خوبی با داده­ها تناسب دارد، به­طوری­که x2/df=1.607، CFI=0.926،TLI=0.911  و RMSR=0.076 می­باشد. این تفاوت عمده در X2 نسبی (1.585 در مقابل 1.607) شدیدا اعتبار مدل را نشان می­دهد (کلاین، 2010).

شکل 2 نتایج هشت رابطۀ فرض­شده (H1a-H5) بین سازه­های این مطالعه را نشان می­دهد و جدول 4 نتایج بررسی فرضیه­ها را به­طور خلاصه نشان می­دهد؛ از بین این هشت رابطه، سه مورد در سطح 001.0 بسیار معنی­ دارند، دو مورد در سطح 05.0 معنی دارند و یک مورد از معنی­داری متوسطی در سطح 10.0 برخوردار است و دو مورد دیگر ناچیز هستند. H1a و H1b که به این امر اشاره می­کنند که ریسک خاص صنعت تأثیر مثبت و مستقیمی بر ریسک عرضه و تقاضا دارد، به ترتیب در 001.0 و 05.0 معنی­دار هستند. ضرایب مربوط به مسیرهایی که ریسک خاص صنعت را به ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا پیوند می­دهند، 22.0 و 78.0 هستند. همان­طور که در جدول 5 نشان داده شده، تخمین پارامتر با استفاده از روش حداکثر درست­نمایی45، کل اثر ترکیبی ریسک خاص صنعت از طریق ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا بر عملکرد مالی شرکت را 16.0- نشان می­دهد

H2a و H2b بر این امر دلالت دارند که ریسک سازمانی تأثیر مستقیمی بر ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا دارد. ما این ارتباط را در سطح 001.0 (H2a) بسیار معنی­دار و در سطح 100.0 (H2b) ناچیز می­دانیم. ضرایب مربوط به مسیرهایی که ریسک سازمانی را با ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا مرتبط می­سازد 034.0 و 01.0 است. تخمین پارامتر با استفاده از روش حداکثر درست­نمایی (جدول 5)، نشان می­دهد که کل اثر ترکیبی ریسک سازمانی از طریق ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا بر عملکرد مالی شرکت، 01.0- است.

H3b - H3a بر این امر دلالت دارد که ریسک فرآیند کسب­و­کار داخلی دارای تأثیر مستقیمی بر ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا است. ما درمی­یابیم که این ارتباط در سطح 001.0 (H2a) بسیار معنی­دار و در سطح 100.0 (H2b) از اهمیت متوسطی برخوردار است. ضرایب مربوط به مسیرهایی که ریسک فرآیند کسب­و­کار داخلی را با ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا مرتبط می­سازد 45.0 و 15.0 می­باشد. تخمین پارامتر با استفاده از روش حداکثر درست­نمایی (جدول 5 )، نشان می­دهد که کل اثر ترکیبی ریسک فرآیند کسب­و­کار داخلی از طریق ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا بر عملکرد مالی شرکت، 04.0- است.

بررسی­های H4 - H5 نشان می­دهند که گرچه ریسک تقاضا (در سطح 05.0 معنی­دار)  تأثیر  مستقیمی بر عملکرد مالی شرکت دارد، اما ریسک عرضه  تأثیر  چندانی بر عملکرد مالی شرکت ندارد. ضرایب مربوط به مسیرهایی که ریسک تقاضا را با عملکرد مالی شرکت مرتبط می­سازد، 20.0- است که نشان­دهنده اثر منفی و مستقیم 20.0- می­باشد.

 

 

بحث ­و ­نتیجه­گیری 

یافته­های ما راجع به اهمیت ریسک خاص صنعت، ریسک فر­آیند کسب­وکار داخلی و ریسک تقاضا بر عملکرد مالی شرکت با مطالعات پیشین سازگار است (مثلا کائو و ژانگ، 2011؛ کاچه و سیورینگ، 2014؛ میلر،1991؛ رائو و گلدزبی، 2009؛ سلویاریدیس و نورمن، 2014؛ سیمنگون سونگ و همکاران،2012). مطالعۀ حاضر گسترۀ دانش در مورد نحوۀ  تأثیرگذاری ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی شرکت را به­لحاظ کمی تعمیم می­دهد.

 

به­خصوص، مطالعات پیشین (مثلا باوارساد و همکاران، 2014؛ کائو و ژانگ، 2011؛ تریسی و همکاران، 2005 و ژائو و همکاران، 2013)، بر توصیف عملکرد مدیریت ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین و ویژگی­های ورودی که عملکرد شرکت را تحت  تأثیر  قرار می­دهند تمرکز دارند. تعداد کمی از آن­ها بررسی می­کنند که چطور ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین از منظر عملکرد مالی نهایی با استفاده از روش ترکیبی نظرسنجی و گزارش‌های مالی بر عملکرد مالی شرکت  تأثیر  می­گذارد.

 

همان­طور که در جدول 5 نشان داده شده؛ به­عنوان مثال، افزایش یک درصدی در ریسک خاص صنعت منجر به 22.0 و 78.0 درصد افزایش در ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا می­شود و باعث کاهش 16.0 درصدی در عملکرد مالی شرکت­ها می­شود. نتایج مربوط به  تأثیرات مهم ریسک خاص صنعت بر ریسک عرضه و تقاضا با تحقیقات پیشین سازگار است (مثلا فینز و همکاران 2005؛ جیانگ و همکاران، 2009؛ شونهر و همکاران 2008؛ سلویاریدیس و نورمن، 2014 و سیمنگون سونگ و همکاران، 2012).

به­همین ترتیب، 45.0 و 15.0 درصد افزایش در ریسک عرضه و ریسک تقاضا موجب کاهش 04.0 درصدی در عملکرد مالی شرکت می­شود. نتایج مربوط به اهمیت ریسک فرآیندهای کسب­و­کار داخلی بر ریسک عرضه و تقاضا، با تحقیقات پیشین سازگار است (مثلا کاچه و سیورینگ، 2014؛ رائو و گلدزبی، 2009 و استراتن و واربرتون، 2003).

علاوه بر این، افزایش یک درصدی در ریسک تقاضا باعث 20.0 درصد کاهش در عملکرد مالی شرکت­ها می­شود و این امر نشان می­دهد که ریسک تقاضا دارای عملکرد مالی نهایی 20.0- است و بالاترین اثر منفی را در بین سایر متغیرها دارد. ریسک خاص صنعت دارای عملکرد مالی نهایی 16.0- است که دومین اثر منفی را دارا می­باشد، به­رغم این­که هیچ  تأثیر  مستقیمی بر عملکرد مالی شرکت­ها ندارد. این یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که ریسک غیر­مستقیم زنجیرۀتأمین ممکن است اثرات متقابل مضاعفی را ایجاد کند که قابل توجه­تر از ریسک مستقیم می­باشد.

بررسی H2b و H4 نشان می­دهند که ریسک سازمانی و ریسک عرضه  تأثیر ات چندانی بر ریسک تقاضا و عملکرد مالی شرکت ندارند. این نتایج تا حدودی غیرمنتظره است، زیرا درک عمومی از مقالات و مطالب بررسی­شده نشان می­دهد که ریسک سازمانی بر ریسک تقاضا  تأثیر  می­گذارد و عملکرد مالی شرکت نیز به میزان قابل توجهی منوط به ریسک عرضه می­باشد.

یک توضیح احتمالی در مورد  تأثیر  معنی­دار ریسک سازمانی بر ریسک تقاضا این است که مقیاس آیتم­ها که در نهایت برای ایجاد ریسک سازمانی حفظ شده­اند، بیشتر به دیدگاه سمت عرضه مانند رقابت برای منابع کمیاب و پرداخت به­موقع به تأمین­کنندگان مربوط می­شوند (جدول 2 را ببینید). توضیح دیگر این است که در حالی­که ریسک سازمانی به­طور بالقوه­ای برای تقاضا برای محصولات شرکت مهم است، شرکت­های صنایع ایران از طریق مدیریت مؤثر روابط خریدار و تأمین­کننده، قادر به جداسازی تقاضای محصولات از این ریسک هستند. یکی از توضیحات احتمالی  تأثیر  ناچیز ریسک عرضه بر عملکرد مالی، این است که یک شکاف ادراکی بین چگونگی درک پاسخ­دهندگان از تأثیرگذاری متغیرهای ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی در مقابل نحوه  تأثیر­گذاری متغیرهای ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی وجود دارد.

توضیح دیگر ممکن است این باشد که اگرچه ریسک عرضه، عامل مهمی برای تقاضا برای محصولات شرکت است، اما شرکت­ها در صنایع ایران ممکن است بتوانند از طریق مدیریت پویای روابط سمت عرضه، عملکرد مالی را از این نوع ریسک جدا کنند. با این اوصاف، برای روشن ساختن این نتایج غیرمنتظره با توجه به  تأثیر  ریسک سازمانی بر ریسک تقاضا و هم­چنین  تأثیر  ریسک عرضه بر عملکرد مالی، لازم است تحقیقات بیشتری انجام شود.  مطالعه فعلی یک مدل مالی ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین شرکتی را با استفاده از یک روش ترکیبی نظرسنجی و گزارش‌های مالی، بر اساس دیدگاه عملکرد مالی نهایی مطرح می­کند. ما عملکرد مالی نهایی را به­عنوان تغییر در درصد یک عامل تعیین­کننده در ریسک­های زنجیرۀتأمین تعریف می­­کنیم که به­ لحاظ کمّی منجر به تغییراتی در عملکرد مالی می­شود. در تحقیق حاضر، سطوح معنی­داری خطاهای آماری نوع یک و اندازه نمونه در سراسر روند ساخت مدل ثابت باقی می­ماند. بنابراین، اگرچه ما برخی از مقیاس­های آیتم­ها را از هر بعد حذف کردیم اما این کار  تأثیر ی بر خطاهای نوع دو ندارد.

تجزیه و تحلیل مدل مالی ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین این مسئله را آشکار می­سازد که ریسک تقاضا بیشترین  تأثیر  منفی (MFP = -0.20) را بر عملکرد مالی شرکت ایجاد می­کند و هم­چنین ریسک خاص صنعت دومین  تأثیر  بزرگ منفی (MFP = -0.16) را بر عملکرد مالی شرکت دارد، هر چند که خود آن  تأثیر  مستقیمی ندارد. 

 

پیشنهادات

این مطالعه روشی را برای ارزیابی  تأثیر  ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین بر عملکرد مالی ارائه می­دهد. بنابراین، این مطالعه بخشی از پیشرفت­های اساسی در مدل­های عملکرد مدیریت ریسک زنجیرۀتأمین را مورد توجه قرار می­دهد. با وجود این، لازم است که تحقیقات بیشتری برای روشن شدن بیشتر  تأثیرات ناچیز ریسک سازمانی و ریسک عرضه بر ریسک تقاضا و عملکرد مالی شرکت انجام شود، هرچند که توضیحات احتمالی متعددی برای آن ارائه شده­ است.
