Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors on the empowerment of employees Mukem (Center for Lawyers, Official Experts and Family Consultants of the Judiciary). Analysis (documents) is based on meta-combination method. After identifying and analyzing theoretical sources and documents with various parameters such as; title, abstract, content, access and quality of the method, 25 documents Select the source title. As a result of the analysis and the research process, 12 codes, 6 themes and 2 main categories were obtained. which is equal to the results of the factors affecting the empowerment of employees in the Center of Lawyers, Official Experts and Family Counselors of the Judiciary (Mukem) divided into two organizational and individual dimensions. Factors affecting the empowerment of employees obtained in the organizational dimension include components such as; Job improvement and promotion are strategic leadership and support and the effective factors on empowering employees in the individual dimension are the components;Competence , organizational effectiveness and strategic attitude. This study deals with drawing the conceptual model of employee empowerment in (Mukem).
