EXTENDED ABSTRACT
Purpose: Over the past few decades, various researches in different fields have addressed the issue of technology acceptance and the factors affecting it, and the importance of this issue for new fields such as supply chain financing is twofold. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the acceptance of supply chain financing technology in Iran
Methodology: In terms of data collection method, this research was descriptive and survey type. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire that has content validity and its total reliability, which was calculated through Cronbach's alpha, was 0.949. The statistical population of the research is all managers of banks and businesses. A simple random sampling method was used to select the sample. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 384 people. In order to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses, the structural equation model and SPSS and AMOS software were used.
Findings: The research results indicate that the seven dimensions of functional quality, support quality, information quality, application quality, customer experience quality, appearance quality and safety quality have a positive and significant effect on the acceptance of supply chain financing technologies.
