Abstract :
Introduction: The widespread developments in the field of information and communication technology, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence, have brought about profound changes in various aspects of human life. These changes have also been significant in Islamic societies and have affected educational and training systems. Given that Islamic education and training have always been based on religious values and principles, the introduction of new technologies such as artificial intelligence can create numerous challenges and opportunities.
Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of artificial intelligence on the dimensions of Islamic education and training and its role in shaping the Islamic-Iranian identity of children and adolescents.
Methodology: This study was conducted using a mixed-methods approach and qualitative and quantitative content analysis methods. In the qualitative section, semi-structured interviews were used with educational and religious experts, and in the quantitative section, standard questionnaires were used to evaluate the attitudes and beliefs of children and adolescents towards the use of artificial intelligence in religious education.
Findings: The results show that artificial intelligence can be used as an effective tool to improve educational processes and strengthen religious concepts. This technology also has the potential to increase the quality of learning, educational interactions, and strengthen the religious identity of children and adolescents.
Conclusion: Artificial intelligence can play an important role in Islamic education and training, but it is necessary to develop appropriate ethical and cultural frameworks .
