Presenting a learning-based model to change the student admission policy in the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology

Abstract :
This research was with the aim of providing a learning-based model to change the student admission policy in the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The research method in this study is mixed and its purpose is applied. Considering the mixed method of studies in both qualitative and quantitative parts. In the qualitative part, the studies were based on content analysis with a comparative and inductive approach. In the comparative approach, 18 policies were extracted after examining the student admission policies in Loh Haq. In the inductive approach, the indicators were extracted from the text of the conducted interviews and the indicators, components and dimensions of the research were extracted. Statistical Society In the qualitative section, there are specialists and experts froml, which was carried out using the purposeful sampling method and the snowball technique. Qualitative data collection Based on the semi-structured interview method and data analysis was done using the inductive content analysis method. Quantitative data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire and data analysis was done using the structural equation modeling technique and spss22 and smart pls software. The obtained results show that in the extracted categories, all the categories have a factor load above 0.7 and the category of paying attention to the economic, social, political and cultural conditions of the society with a factor load of 0.979, the category of applying laws and regulations with a factor load of 0.957, Method benefit from the results of studies and experiences obtained with a factor of 0.943 and the category of attitudes and views of the public sector with a factor of 0.931 have attributed the most impact to themselves, which ultimately confirms the presented model.
