Abstract :

The purpose of this research is to determine the appropriate components for evaluating the performance of water and sewage companies. In this regard, first by designing a questionnaire from among 100 financial and economic indicators used in the evaluation of the industry by polling experts, 50 financial indicators have been selected, and then using real data related to the period of 1378 to 1400, the number of 50 indicators in 10 The group was classified using the panel data approach (805 samples) and the exploratory factor analysis approach to identify the optimal indicators, and then using the confirmatory factor analysis method to determine the loadings of each factor, and then finally based on the advantages and disadvantages of the methods in question based on hierarchical analysis compared to scientific selection For the performance evaluation method, with the opinion of 4 industry experts, the confirmatory factor analysis method was adopted, among which, by measuring the correlation matrix of 5 indicators (financial, sales efficiency, labor productivity, labor cost per capita, ineffective to effective investment and water wastage).
