Abstract :
Qualitative research in administration, due to the complexity and abstract nature of the concepts under study, requires creative and innovative analytical methods. This article aims to introduce the methodology of metaphorization as a new and effective approach for analyzing complex concepts in the fields of humanities and literature. This qualitative research employs the methodology of metaphorization, designed in four main stages: topic selection, mapping analysis, coding, and validity and reliability assessment. The study population includes qualitative texts and data related to humanities, with purposive sampling. Data collection tools include qualitative content analysis and conceptual mapping. The results indicate that the methodology of metaphorization, through its four main stages, enables a deep and systematic analysis of complex concepts. By drawing conceptual maps and precise coding, this method enhances the understanding of structures and relationships between phenomena. Additionally, the validity and reliability assessment ensures the accuracy and credibility of the results. The methodology of metaphorization serves as an innovative and efficient tool for analyzing complex concepts in qualitative research. This method can be adopted as a novel approach in humanities and literature, facilitating a deeper understanding of abstract phenomena.
