Abstract :
New Historicism is a new theory in literary criticism that emerged in the late 20th century. This new approach to the study of social sciences, especially literature and history, pays special attention to the historical position of the text, and in other words, the historicity of the text as its integral part. New historicism places historical and literary study together as necessary and eliminates the boundary between history being the background and literature being the foreground, because they are the same in the narration and interpretation of history. It can be said that Nima's poems, in addition to interacting with her social situation, also reflect the complex relationships between power and government. In Nima's poems, the discourses existing in society are represented in a way that shows the poet's purposeful resistance to Pahlavi policies. Nima's greatest intellectual challenge is social discourse and criticism of existing power and governance. Along with the social and historical changes and developments in the country, components of social discourses, power, love, war, criticism, colonialism, and hope appeared in Nima's poetry. Nima Yushij delegitimized the ruling power by criticizing the conditions of society and the Pahlavi government and by criticizing the discourse of tyranny. By using phrases, words, and vocabulary, she humiliated, blamed, and suppressed the institution of power. He can be considered a critic who suppresses the political system with his poetry and criticizes power through discourse and culture, and is trying to produce poetry and express his inner feelings through language and discourse.
