Abstract :

In this research we aimed to investigate electronic governance trends and uses meta-synthesis for selecting and reviewing papers in scientific database in electronic governance dealt. We use science measurement and network analysis to complete our survey. After a review article on findings in most inclined, conducted research techniques, original and influential works, authors, journals and discussed the main countries leading in this area. The process, procedures, techniques and tools, structure, concepts, models of the original concept, the main theories and paradigms, paradigms of thought and philosophy, science map and summing up the results of the findings of this study.. Electronic governance emphasis on interaction between government, private sector and citizens in using information technology drivers. We survey the interaction between electronic government, electronic commerce and electronic democracy. Reviewing article show that interpretive paradigm dominate in this field . The major areas of research are qualitative and objective view of the nature of the problem and are often descriptive and evaluative.
