Abstract :

Prosperity  and  success  of  every  nation  depend  on  people’s  attempt  in  different  social  levels , and  productivity   is  a good  criterion  for  assessing  of  these  activities  and  attempts  in  different  social – economical  sections . Productivity  is  a  relatively  accepted  phenomenon  in  service  and  productive  industries  of  the  world . Now , all  around  the  world , countries  try  to  increase  their  commercial , industrial , and  national  productivity  continuously . They  try  to do  this  by  applying  efficient  management  tools .  In different  industrial  organizations , productivity  depends  on  various  variables , among  them  the  leadership  style  and  organizational  climate  have  major  roles . The purpose  of  the  study  it  to  find  an  answer  to  the  following  question : “Is  there  any  relationship  between  the  leadership  style  and  organizational  climate  with  the  productivity  of  industry  managers  services ?” The  motivation   behind  testing  the  following  question  is  the  importance  of  the  organizational  climate  as  a  feature  in  industrial  environment , and  the  effect  of  managers  leadership  style  which  they   choose  to  lead  and  guide  the  staff , and  its  impact  on the  productivity  of  industry  manager  services?”
