Extraction and prioritization of effective components on the reduction of the dissemination of criminal ethics in the telegram

Abstract :

One of the issues in the telegraph policy area is the dissemination of criminal content for public morals. The purpose of this study is to extract and prioritize the effective components of reducing the dissemination of criminal ethical content in general telegraphy. So, in the qualitative paradigm, using the method of deep interviewing, the data were obtained, then analyzed by the method of the analysis of the subject, and 10 components were extracted, which included media education, media education, the growth of the ethics of the good and forbidding the users, the production of content Healthy and technical, the punishment of the perpetrators, the release of the verdict of the perpetrators, the activation of the faithful forces in the telegram, the organization of faithful forces, filtering and the creation of a barrier to negative searches. In the second stage, components were prioritized by Structural-Interpretative Method (ISM) in terms of penetration, impact and dependence. The most important results of the ranking are: the high impact on the growth of the ethics of the affair with the good and forbidding the media, educating the media, and the formation of the faithful forces of the telegram. Other ranking results include finding effective filtering, preventing negative searches, punishing perpetrators, and disseminating verdicts. Part of the research results show that legal and criminal policies in this area are based on cultural infrastructure, so it is impossible to achieve policy objectives without regard to this infrastructure.
