Designing a model of media networking strategies in the education information system in order to develop the professional development of physical education teachers

Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to design a model of media networking strategies in the education information system in order to develop the professional development of physical education teachers. The research method is qualitative and with thematic analysis approach. The statistical population of the research includes experts familiar with media networking, education information system and professional development of physical education teachers, which includes university professors (at least two researches in the field of the research topic and sports management professors of Farhangian University), current managers. and former public relations of the Ministry of Education and its departments (with management experience of more than 5 years) as well as elite physical education teachers of the country who had doctoral education. The statistical sample was estimated and sampled based on reaching theoretical saturation (16 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the expert interviews showed that the media networking strategies in the education information system in order to develop the professional growth of physical education teachers include media, information, motivational, research, and internal activities. It is organizational, inter-organizational and extra-organizational. In this regard, it is suggested that the managers of education and training should become familiar with the importance of the goals and methods of physical education teachers' growth, and by holding training sessions during the service and by providing educational and monitoring facilities and equipment for the implementation of the program in the current problems and obstacles and needs of the teachers.
