Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between jihadi management and the performance of managers of sports venues in Golestan province. The research method was descriptive-correlation and the data were collected in the field method. The statistical population was all the managers of sports facilities in Golestan province (N=1500). The statistical sample was selected based on Morgan's sample size selection table from the available stratified method (n=309). The required data were collected using two modified questionnaires. Researcher-made questionnaire jihadi management questionnaire (2017) and Jamipour's Organizational Performance Questionnaire (2018). To ensure the validity of the questionnaires, the opinions of 8 sports management and physical education professors were used and Cronbach's alpha method was used to ensure internal reliability (Jihadist management 0.90 and organizational performance 0.94). Due to the normality of the data distribution and the scale of the variables, Correlated t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Multivariate regression were used to analyze and interpret the obtained data. The results showed that there was no correlation between jihadi management and the financial performance of sports organizations. But a significant relationship was seen between jihadi management and customer-oriented performance, internal processes and organizational growth and learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that jihadi management can improve the performance of sports organizations, especially in terms of growth and learning, internal processes and customer orientation.
