Abstract :
«Work» is one of the main ingredientsof man´s life. It becomes more significantwhen people are obliged to obey and act in a framework established by an employer in order to manage their daily lives because in such circumstances, it moves beyond an individual affair and adapts a social and legal nature. Due to the consequences of Industralism, the economic and social gap between workers and employers become wider ang employers started to abuse labour forces in huge industries since economic resources were controlled by them wheras workers had no choice except resorting to establish unities with their co-workers.
