Abstract :
Background: It is one of the emerging technologies of the banking industry. One of the important applications of this technology is the use in smart contracts. There are contracts that are implemented using blockchain technology and transfer information between people without the need for mediation. Therefore, the aim of this research is to answer the question, what are the factors of Parachain technology in smart contracts for the banking industry? Method: This research was investigated by interviewing 15 experts. First, the snowball method was used to collect information, and then the data extracted from the texts and interviews were categorized and analyzed using thematic analysis method. Method: Two qualitative methods of content analysis and structural-interpretive modeling have been used. In the content analysis section, all existing texts related to Parachain technology in smart contracts were carefully analyzed and reviewed to implement the structural-interpretive modeling method, as well as opinion. 15 experts who used the snowball method in the form of a questionnaire and became the basis of the research. Findings: The results showed that the technological factors of parachin in smart contracts for the banking industry should have characteristics such as technological factors, normative factors, organizational factors, environmental factors, consequences of parachin, technical and security factors. Finally, these results were classified into 16 organized themes, 6 overarching theme categories and one main theme. In the second step, with the use of structural-interpretive modeling and pair communication, the relationships between the comprehensive topics were discovered and prioritized in five levels.
