Abstract :

This research is about the consideration of the relationship between theexternal corporate financing and the stock return. It represents andanalyses whether there is a relation between external corporate financingand the real return of the companies or not. Besides the present researchhas been done in different industries in Iran,s capital market for six years(from1381to1386).According to its method it is a kind of correlationresearch and according to the aim it is a kind of applied ones .The resultof this research show that there is a weak relation between externalcorporate financing by equity financing and the stock return. There is apositive relation between external corporate financing and return stock indrug industry. Its other result show that a positive relation betweenexternal corporate financing by getting long term loans and stock returnin cement and tire industries
