Abstract :
With appearance and spreading information and communication Technology, economical variable have changed remarkably, one of the most important variables in the macroeconomic level is employment. Information and communication Technology has its own special features that can create fundamental changes in the form of employment .based on this and that there is unemployment in the country ,it seams necessary to investigate the effect of ICT on employment. This requires special attention according to every area or every provinces features. Markazi province as one of the industrial parts of the country has appropriate potential in ICT field , because of that its spreading effect on the employment of the industrial part of the province should be examined .this paper examines ICT`S effect on the employment of the industrial part of the province .result shows that ICT has positive effect on the whole employment of the industrial workers Thechnesian workers and engineer worker ,and negative effect on plain workers.
