Abstract :
Abstract: The improper production and supply of dangerous and hazardous industrial and chemical products, involving some profit-seeking and potential abuse, sometimes requires the control of goods. This study takes an analytical-descriptive approach to the responsibilities and obligations of those involved in the production and supply of goods through an analysis of pure and no-fault liability, as well as the attitudes and habits of those involved in the production and supply of goods as reflected in legal literature and EU laws and regulations. Development of obligations to protect consumers and prevent the supply of defective and dangerous goods, review of adopted laws and regulations, and reporting their shortcomings through comparative analysis, has been carried out, and the results of the study show that the increase and implementation of controls. Increased responsibility leads to the supply and sale of safer goods and increased consumer safety, resulting in a safer and healthier society.
