Abstract :
The recent global pandemic has had a significant impact on the world economy, with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) being particularly affected by the crisis. The objective of this study is to examine the financial well-being of SME companies using the fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) technique, with a specific focus on the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research adopts a practical purpose and employs a quantitative approach with the method of data collection being a questionnaire. The statistical population consists of financial experts and accountants working in SME companies, and a sample size of 375 managers was selected based on Morgan's table. The sampling method employed was cluster sampling. The fsQCA method was utilized to combine the defined factors, providing different combinations for each company to select the appropriate solution for their success based on their financial and human resources. It is important to note that fuzzy solutions do not possess the certainty of traditional statistical methods but offer diverse configurations for enhancing the financial health of the company. This serves as a valuable contribution of the model towards advancing knowledge in this area.
