Abstract :

Introduction & Purpose: The present article in the field of Islamic cultural studies, ethics and management states that the Quran as a comprehensive scripture is an endless resource that can enhance human management capacity in a special way. Methodology: In this article, using the verses of the Holy Quran, time and its importance, how to use the time in the Holy Quran, how to use the past to correct future plans and to resolve problems and enhance capabilities. Findings: Timing is one of the most important cultural components of management, and of course, essential organizational needs. Because it can help a person manage his or her affairs scientifically and practically. So everybody has to increase his abilities in this field. The unique source of the Qur'an, which is the reciting word of the deliberate being, can be a unique source for this research. Conclusion: Understanding the cultural factors of time management is essential for individuals who determine the organization's strategies in order to have a realistic plan for themselves and their organization. This, of course, is achieved when one has the knowledge of the Qur' علاوهnic, in addition to being skilled in the field.
