Abstract :
Socio-Cultural Harms can destroy a society and in every society, there are different kinds of these harms. So the obligation of citizens will be to dispose of alternately lessen these sorts of harms. The goal of this research is to identify the cultural and social harms at first and supply appropriate instructions for managing them. To this purpose, social harms partitioned under three sub-variables as an individual, familial and environmental harms Furthermore also cultural harms separated under three sub-variables Likewise fragmentation, mistrust, and alienation. The study population is citizens of 10th region of Tehran for a populace of over 302852 people, with a sample size of 384 was calculated by Cochran. Results demonstrated that the individual harms variable has no role, but family and environment plays a special role in social harms. As well as cultural fragmentation, mistrust and alienation of the three have a strong role in cultural harms. At the end of all harms, rankings and recommendations to reduce the social and culture harms were recommended.
