Relationship between organizational culture with organizational intelligence and organizational identity (Case Study: employees the Eastern Azarbaijan Province Tax Administration)

Abstract :
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigating the relationship between organizational culture with organizational intelligence and organizational identity of employees the Eastern Azarbaijan Province Tax Administration. Method: The method of the research is descriptive and its type is correlation in method and its aim is applicative. Information needed for this study were collected in two ways libraries and standard questionnaires Organizational Culture (Denison, 2000), and Organizational Intelligence (Albrecht, 2003), and organizational identity (Cheney, 1983) is used. The population consisted of employees is the Eastern Azarbaijan Tax Administration (850) is using Morgan table 265 employees were selected as sample. To describe the data frequency tables, and to respond to Hypothesis research of Pearson's correlation coefficient and partial correlation was used. Findings: The findings show a significant relationship between organizational culture and and organizational intelligence and organizational identity, which is heavily involved in the relationship of solidarity between the components Involved in and the most organizational identity and the relationship between mission and organizational identity is the slowest component. also heavily involved in the relationship of solidarity between the components Involved in and the most organizational intelligence and the relationship between Compatibility and organizational intelligence is the slowest component. Conclusion: According to the results of the present study all aspects of organizational culture with organizational intelligence and organizational identity have a significant positive correlation, Therefore, managers should be more attention to components of organizational culture to be improved the level of organizational intelligence and corporate identity of employees.
