Identifying Dimensions of Religiousness and its Influence on the Adherence of Tehrani Youths From Two Belief and Experimental Dimensions

Abstract :
The present study aimed to identify and explain the dimensions of religiosity and its impact on the empowerment of Tehran's youths to religious values from both religious and empirical dimensions. The sample population of the study is Tehran's young women and men (18 to 33 years old) from the 22 provinces of Tehran province with a degree in doctorate. Method: This study was a quantitative research type survey and its data collection tool was a questionnaire. This research has 6 independent variables of life satisfaction, religious education, scientific and rational religious documents, university, field of study, age, gender, as well as a dependent variable that adheres to religious values that are described in it. Is. Also, according to the Validation Questionnaire, which has been adapted by (Gharak and Stark) according to the criteria of Christianity and inside the serajzadeh with the criteria of Islamic religion. Conclusion: Among the two dimensions of religiosity, the correlation coefficient was 68.4%, 60.56%, after belief. The results of this study, compared with previous studies (by Serajzadeh, Kazemi and Farajzadeh in 1998), decreased by 13% in terms of belief, and then by an empirical reduction of 15%, which is significant. According to the analysis of hypotheses, using Pearson correlation test (first hypotheses of life satisfaction, the second hypothesis of religious education), there was a significant relationship. But there was no significant relationship between (third scientific hypotheses and the rationality of religious documentation, the fourth hypothesis of Tehran's youth).
