The effect of organizational culture on organizational health with mediating role of individual union organization

Abstract :
Introduction and Objective: Organizational culture as a personality organization, as a people and a healthy environment, and to achieve the objectives of its great men, values, character and objectives appropriate to the organizational culture to know. So This study aimed influence organizational culture on organizational health with role of mediator of Person-organization Fit is done. Research Methodology :The research method is a descriptive correlation research. The study population included all faculty members of Universities of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah and Hamadan is of 649 people using the stratified random sampling of 353 subjects were selected. Data collected from three questionnaires organizational culture Goffee, and Jones (1996), Person-organization Fit Kristof (1996) and organizational health Hoy et al (1996) was used. The validity of three questionnaires from management experts and Behavioral Sciences was approved and for the reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha to organizational culture 0/83, Person-organization Fit 0/97 and, organizational health 0/91 was reported. The data after collecting the were analyzed by using SPSS statistical software and Lisrel. Findings: The results of structural equation modeling showed that organizational culture on organizational health with role of mediator of Person-organization Fit is positive and significant effect. Results: As a result of the factors affecting on increasing organizational health according to the organizational culture with emphasis on Person-organization Fit is.
