The Relationship between Addiction to Social Networks Mobile Phone with Sexual Identity and Relationships (Men 18 to 30 years old in Ardabil)

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Addiction to social networks mobile phone with sexual identity and relationships (men 18 to 30 years old in Ardabil). The purpose of this research is applied in terms of method, descriptive and correlational. In terms of data collection method, the research method is survey. The statistical population of this study includes all citizens aged 18 to 30 years in Ardabil, which is 161600 people. The sample size was 384 people using Cochran formula and they were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. For data collection, McBride and et al (2008) have used gender identity questionnaire and researcher-made addiction to social networks and emotional relationships. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22 and Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the hypotheses. The results of the research show that there is a significant direct relationship between the addiction to mobile social networks including Telegram, Instagram and WhatsApp with a gender identity. There is also a significant reverse relationship between the addiction to mobile social networks, including Telegram, Instagram and Facebook, with emotional relationships.
