Abstract :
Outsourcing in the field of information technology in organizations is a necessity so that organizations can focus on their core tasks. Research method: Descriptive inferential, and in terms of data type, a little, In terms of the purpose of the application. The statistical population includes employees of one of the private banks that has been fieldworked. The sample size was determined using purposeful sampling method of 93 people. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and also job satisfaction questionnaire (JFS). The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 8.02, The reliability of the job satisfaction questionnaire is confirmed by standardization. Findings: it shows that is the way of selecting companies and foreign contractors through the existing guidelines the perfect way to outsource IT projects. Of the 13 services offered for outsourcing, programming has the highest amount of outsourcing and ecommerce has the smallest amount of outsourcing. Conclusion: Outsourcing eliminates the most important organizational defect and It has made the organization's main focus on its main missions Which ultimately leads to improved quality of service delivery.
