The Function of Organizational Intelligence in Organizational Strategic Planning (Case study: Qom Institute of Higher Education, Humanities)

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to develop a strategic planning based on organizational intelligence in a higher education institute. In terms of purpose, the research is applied and in terms of data collection, it is a kind of descriptive research and in terms of relationship between research variables is causal. Albrecht organizational intelligence questionnaire and Bryson strategic planning questionnaire were used for data collection. Statistical population includes the staff of Higher Education Institute of Humanities, which was determined by Cochran formula at 95% confidence level, 117 sample size. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined using Cronbach's alpha of 93%. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational intelligence and strategic planning and the main hypothesis of the study was accepted. The results of correlation coefficient showed that all variables of organizational intelligence had a positive and significant relationship with all aspects of strategic planning.
