Abstract :
Introduction & Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the development of knowledge management in academic jihad as a research-oriented organization.Methods: The nature of this research is quantitative research and in terms of purpose is applied research and in terms of data collection is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this study consists of heads of organizational units, middle managers and basic jihadists of the university. According to Morgan table, a sample of 210 people were selected by non-random sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multivariate method of structural equation modeling using software (AMOS).Results: The factor load or correlation coefficients of the research is a positive value, so there is a direct, significant and positive relationship between organizational culture and the development of knowledge management. Also, there is a direct, significant and positive relationship between the four dimensions of organizational culture (involvement in work, adaptation, adaptability and mission) and the development of knowledge management, but the relationship and effect of adaptation to the development of knowledge management is stronger.Conclusion: Organizational culture is an effective factor in establishing a knowledge management system and strengthening the dimensions of organizational culture helps to develop knowledge management in the university jihad organization.
