Abstract :
Introduction and purpose: In today’s , fundamental changes in job and employment,leading to the feeling of insecurity, the threat of reducing job satisfaction anddeclining morality. In this regard, by enhancing the organizational citizenshipbehavior, job satisfaction can increase.The purpose of the study was to examine the multiple relationships of organizationalcitizenship behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction of Qaemshahr education and trainingstaff.Method of the research: The study was a practical research and the crosscorrelationmethod is applied. The statistical society includes all education andtraining staff (100 ones) in Qaemshahr and 80 members selected for sampling. Inorder to measure OCB, Pudsakf questionnaire was used. JDI questionnaire was usedto measure the job satisfaction. For data analysis, regression coefficient wascalculated and T and F tests were performed.Finding: After the analysis of hypothesis, all hypothesis mentioned in this study,were confirmed and the results showed that there is a significant relationship amongeach variables such as, altruism, fairness, respect, honor and civic virtue and jobsatisfaction. Also for any changes in variables, job satisfaction increase respectivelyas, 1.23%, 3.09%, 1.52%, 2.09%, and 1.52%Conclusion: One of the basic strategies is to identify each variables theorganizational citizenship behavior and provide the necessary conditions forimplementing such behavior to increase job satisfaction.
