Identify and prioritize of the organizational culture factors, affecting on organizational evolution (Case study: Tehran Municipality Cultural and Social Affairs)

Abstract :
Introduction and aim of this research: Culture of the organization acts as a data collection tool that enables managers through this way first compare parts or work groups. Second, prioritize issues. Third, perceptions and expectations of employees improve thus able to identify the gap between current and desired conditions. The culture of an organization that has those features and characteristics of the underlying effects can reinforce or inhibit the activity of all tasks such as management’s duties in terms of innovation and change.Methods: To carry out this study by means of research literature and Denison organizational culture model four components: - Participatory culture - the culture of adaptability - Mission and Culture - Culture as a component of corporate culture compatibility effective organizational change were detected.Also, to evaluate the effectiveness or lack of effectiveness of the detected factors on organizational change, 241questionnaires were distributed and collected among employees.The survey questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS software using t-test and one-sided tests were used for data collection.Results: the components: participatory culture, cultural adaptability, change organizational culture, mission and culture compatibility have impact on vice Tehran Municipality Cultural and Social Affairs .In order to change the priority of influencing factors by using the Friedman test, the components of organizational culture affecting organizational change were prioritized. First priority related to component of corporate culture and second and fourth priorities, respectively, related to the component of assignment culture, the component of adaptability culture and component of compatibility culture.Conclusion: To provide context for the participation of employees in performing work duties Social Affairs could create a situation where all employees have timely access to needed information . work and activities of the various agencies and departments Department of Social and Cultural Rights should be supported and encouraged . drafting and preparation of a comprehensive code of ethics that guide the behavior of
