Abstract :
In this article, in order to measure the social stock among managers andexperts of cultural departments of the ministry of culture and Islamicguidance, first the concept of social stock is defined, and then pointing tothe importance of recognition of social stock, it is concerned with thetheoretical approaches to analyze the social stock. Afterwards, as theindicators of measuring the social stock is indicated, the investigation, itsgoals and questions are explained, and the results from the analyses of thedata from the questionnaires distributed among managers and experts aredescribed. Based on the outcoming results, the weights, dimensions andelements of the social stock among managers and experts of culturaldepartments of the ministry of culture and Islamic guidance are identified,and eventually the amount of the social stock among managers and expertsis measured.
