Abstract :
Introduction and aim: Identification of constructs that influence on EO and also investigating their impact on EO is very important. Our study aims to investigate the impact of organizational culture on EO in Zamyad Company . Methodology : This study is practical, descriptive survey, and quantitative. Our sample contains the experts of Zamyad Company who are about 10 people. e used all of the people in our sample for analyzing because they were few and limited. 133 completed quesonnaires were returned. e used simple and multiple linear regressions for analyzing the collected data. Besides, assumptions of regression investigated using Durbin-atson test . Findings : ith confirmation of our hypothesizes, these findings has build: 1) Organizational culture has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company . 2) Adaptability of organizations has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company . 3) Involvement of organizations has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company . ) The mission of organizations has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company . 5) Consistency of organizations has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company . Conclusion : For managers to identify factors influencing in EO. ith regard to confirmation of our hypothesizes, we conclude that managers should control the organizational cultural for implementing entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, all of the dimensions for organizational culture (including: adaptability, involvement, mission, and consistency) have a significant and positive impact on organization’s entrepreneurial orientation
