Abstract :
Introduction and Purpose: The main purpose for the present study is to survey the relationship of managers’ Social Intelligence and their Philosophical Mindness to Organizational Health in Bonab city’s Triplet Educational Stages. Method: Study of methods, descriptive - solidarity, respect and purpose, is applied. Statistical samples by systematic randomly sampling among school managers of Bonab City. For analysis of gathering information of questioner, Social Intelligence Questionnaire with 21 questions, Organizational Health Questionnaire with 40 questions, and Philosophical Mindness with 60 questions, were used. Finding: The result information of these theory tests affirms the relationship of Social Intelligence, social awareness, and social skills to Organizational Health; which shows that there is a significant difference in the degree of managers’ Organizational Health. Conclusions The organizational health of schools with the principals of social intelligence, social awareness and social skills (high, medium and low), there are significant differences in Bonab city schools, but between organizational health of schools and philosophical aspects of mind that there is no significant difference.
