Abstract :
Aiming at the significance of focusing on the cultural issues and the role ofthe cultural managers in the organizations, this essay studied the cultural crisisand the ways to manage it based on the Islamic Guidance and culture'smanagers' point of view. Pre-supposing that the gap between the firstgeneration and the second as well as the third, results from the fact thatIslamic values and beliefs have not been institutionalized among the thirdgeneration, the researcher designs the hypothesis that the cultural conflicts in acultural system, while cultural invasions, results in a cultural crisis in thecountry. Data, via field study and interview with forty managers from theIslamic Guidance and Cultural Ministry, was collected and after analysis,findings showed that the cultural differences among three generations werebecause of the week transfer of the values and cultural attitudes toward theyoung generation. Inappropriate cultural managers, different decision andpolicy makers, as well as the lack of coordination among cultural institutionswere the causes of the cultural disorders
