Effectiveness analysis of personnel education courses of Govah agency Co Based on Kirkpatrick evaluation model, according to managers and employees

Abstract :
Research introduction and object: Main objective of the research is to study effectiveness of personnel education courses of Govah agency Co (Iran Khodro Diesel), by Kirkpatrick evaluation model. Research method: This is a survey‐ descriptive research; statistical community are managers and employees of Govah Co (480 people), it was done in 2011 ‐2012. Classi fied random sampling was used, 214 were selected through Morgan and Kerjeci's Table. Data collected through researcher developed questionnaire based on Likert's scale, its stability was calculated to be % 0.97 by Cronbach's alpha. Single group and the independent groups' undergone t test. Findings: Findings of the research show that during four stages educational courses of managers and employees of Govah Co, Reaction, learning, behavior, and results were effective according to them, and there is not any meaningful difference between the standpoints of managers and the employees in this regard.
