Abstract :

The purpose of this study was, Effects (economic, social and environmental) of industrial installations on development of jam town. For this purpose, 32 experts and postgratuate were chosen for sampling that they were semi-structured interviews. The research method of this study is qualitative method, and the effects and consequences of the refinery industry have been studied in the jam city in terms of the economic, environmental and socio-cultural impact.The sampling method was purposive sampling and theoretical persuasion. Considering the findings, the development of industrial and technological developments by putting in place the refinery in jam contradictory consequences have followed. However, from the economic impact by employment and sustainable revenues and infrastructure facilities for the city provides many opportunities and capacity and on the other, Social consequences have been moderate positive and environmental consequences considered as the cause of many social damages. In the end, Limitations and suggestions have been discussed.
